These terms set out the conditions for using the iOS app "CocoMico Tactics" (the "App") provided by totoneko ("we"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

2. In-app purchases

• Prices are those shown on the purchase screen (tax included).
• Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) and charged to the payment method registered to your Apple ID.
• Content is delivered as soon as the purchase completes.
• One-time purchases ("Remove Ads", "Support Pack") can be restored after changing devices or reinstalling via "Restore Purchases" in the Shop or Settings, with the same Apple ID.

The App has no paid in-game currency. "Coins" and "Cat Souls" are earned only through play.

3. Save data

Save data is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for data lost through device loss, failure or deletion of the App. "Settings → Reset Data" erases progress (one-time purchases can be restored).

4. Prohibited conduct

• Modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the App
• Altering game data by unauthorized means, or using altered data
• Redistributing or selling the App's assets (images, audio, text) without permission
• Infringing the rights of us or third parties

Streaming, recording and posting screenshots are welcome as long as they do not violate the above.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the App's content or use, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence. Content and specifications may change, be suspended or end without notice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
